Hotel was in great shape. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We asked for 1st floor onsite not ahead of time, so got a room on the 2nd floor but the TV was not working. Kayla got us a better room on the 3rd floor and we had not yet unpacked so it worked out. She was very nice and handled it right away and it averted a possible unpleasant stay.
